| Oatmeal Raisin Cookies |
A little tip on the
oat bran - it keeps great in the fridge after opening and it can be added
to several things for a little boost of fiber and nuttiness (soups,
morning cereal, etc.) |

Healthy and oh, so yummy, too! These cookies
are easy to make and are a quick bake, too.
What you need: 1 cup flour Here’s what you do: 1. In a large bowl, beat together sugar and oil. Add milk, egg or egg whites and vanilla and beat until well combined 2. Stir together the flour, spices, baking powder, salt and oatbran and then gradually add to the above 3. Stir in oats and raisins 4. Drop by rounded tablespoons, 2 inches apart and bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 8 minutes or until golden brown 5. Cool on rack Yields 4 dozen cookies |
