Flavored with brandy or your favorite nut liqueur or extracts, these
little gems of dried fruits and nuts are festive for the holidays.
(Variation, omit sugar and melt 1 cup of white chocolate)
Place all of the
ingredients, except sugar or white chocolate, into a bowl of a food
processor and pulse until it forms a thick paste. Wet hands and form into
1-inch balls, then roll in sugar or dip in melted white chocolate.
